Shahrill AJ, has successfully delivered a variety of organizational and staff development programs over the last 14 years, training more than 40,000 learners of varying experience and educational backgrounds. He has worked closely with organizations through business and performance assessment, training, and measurement services. His goals are to provide experience, practical and applied knowledge, and a dedication to quality and top performance standards.

 

Currently he is a much sought after facilitator for corporate and professional courses - namely leadership, change management, team development, personal success, and innovation - in ASEAN, South Asia Middle East, Africa and other parts of the world.  Since 2005, Shahrill AJ has been on the team of International Trainers with Civil Service College International / IPAM to facilitate and deliver public service courses to foreign governments.

PROF. SATTAR BAWANY

Associate Senior Learning Consultant & Coach

Professor Sattar Bawany has over 25 years’ international business management experience, including 15 years in executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development and training with global management consulting firms. In addition to his business and consulting career, Prof Bawany has over 10 years of concurrent academic experience as an Adjunct Professor teaching senior executives international business strategies and human resource courses at various leading universities including Paris Graduate School of Management. 

Prof Bawany has assumed various senior management roles including Managing Director/Country Head and Talent Development/Coaching Practice Leader for DBM Asia Pacific as well as Business Leader, Organisational Effectiveness/Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach with Mercer HR Consulting, The Hay Group and The Forum Corporation.

Prof Bawany is an astute advisor to executives who need to know how they are perceived and want to focus on what is most important in their professional and personal lives. He has coached a range of leaders, from CEOs, to senior vice presidents, and high potential managers. His current work in organisations focuses on encouraging individual initiative and leadership from a systemic perspective in order to achieve clearly defined business results. His specialty is effectively linking people processes to business outcomes.



He is a Graduate of Corporate Coach U and a Licensed Coaching Clinic Facilitator. He is certified in the administration and application of various psychometric instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI), Bar-On EQ 360™ and EQ-i™. He is also certified in the administration and application of the MRG’s suite of instruments including “Leadership Effectiveness Analysis™” (LEA 360 Assessment tool) and “Strategic Leadership Development”. He holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing). He is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration and his Doctoral Research is on ‘The Impact of Executive Coaching on the Personal & Professional Development of Leaders”.

Winston Tan has been an associate trainer with Nu Quest Management for the past five years , covering many of the financial, procurement, performance management and related public governance programmes. Winston started off his career as an auditor with the then Coopers and Lybrand before crossing over to the civil service.   During his stint with the Accountant-General’s Department of the Ministry of Finance Singapore, he was seconded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), as head of the finance department.  He later moved on to the Ministry of Finance, Headquarters.  Throughout, he was extensively involved in various aspects of Public Governance, in particular, Public Financial Management.  His experience ranges from that of managing a finance department to that of formulating finance, budgeting, accounting and procurement policies at a central level. Since 2004, Haniff has developed  and presented in-house  leadership, customer service, project management, Internal auditor  modules for supervisory and managerial roles. Having headed project management in adventure centre, pharmaceutical company, and private hospital, Haniff has led in change management which transformed profit-losing projects with high turnover into making healthy margin with high staff morale.  In addition, Haniff is also a qualified internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001, and has been certified by the “Workplace Safety Committee”. During his personal time, he leads expeditions to South East region mountains and rock-climbing to challenge himself both physically and mentally.​

EVON CHIANG

 Evon Chiang coordinates the skills-based team program at Nu Quest and brings over 10 years of experience in the experiential and adventure learning. An ACTA certified trainer , ex-engineer turned human resource development facilitator, Evon's forte is providing dynamic trainings for business, educational groups, and human service organizations related to team development, customer service and profiling at the workplace.  Since joining Nu Quest in late 2004, she has a passion for bringing out the best in people through services in leadership development, teambuilding, and adventure training programs.  Clients she has worked with includes:  HSBC, Mediacorp, WL Gore, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Mindef and many more.

AZMI

Associate Senior Consultant & Creative Designer

Azmi’s passion for learning and transformation led him to join Team Nu Quest. As one of the lead program designer and trainer ,he has creatively designed several team programs with the use of technological equipment that includes digital cameras and moe recently the table pc. An ex-SAF Officer, he has vast experience in leadership training and development where he had trained and inspired some of the best  officer cadets in Officer Cadet School, DELTA Wing (where all the potential scholars were selected and groomed) for four years. His last appointment was Head of Branch (Liaison & Training) in an overseas training base where he manages civilian & military relations and movement of SAF troops into the country. He also manages and develops training requirements of SAF troops in the country and was also appointed the Assistant to the Defense Attaché. Clients she has worked with includes:  Loyang Primary School , Changkat  Changi Secondary School, Woh Hup Pte Ltd and many more.
