Professional Facilitation Of Debriefing Of Experiences And Transfer
Reflective Processing, signature of Nu Quest training , is used to facilitate behavioural change on an individual level by debriefing around issues
specific to that team and helping participants formulate action plans to implement their new behaviors. These elements tend to focus on the transfer
of learning to each individual team member's situation. It is this change on an individual level that transforms individuals into the team concept.
How Does Our Training Differ From Other Training?
All training workshops and seminars are very practical and interactive. You will have an opportunity to actually practice the tools you receive during
the training. Each session consists of a demonstration of the method, the theory behind the method, interactive learning exercises, and practice using
the method.
